•1 frozen banana, small
•½ cup non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt*...
•⅔ cup apple sauce, unsweetened
•¼ cup rolled oats**
•1 teaspoon cinnamon
•1 teaspoon vanilla extract
•½ cup almond milk, unsweetened
•optional: a tsp. of Nova Scotia Organics Greens Superfood/Nova Greens or a handful of fresh spinach or kale
1.Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
2.Serve with lots of fixings on top! We like to add our freeze dried Gala Apple Slices for added sweetness and crunch!
*To make paleo/vegan, omit greek yogurt and add more almond milk
** To make paleo, omit oats
